An update on our programming, as a message from Co-Founder, Shannon Rosenberg -

As we’ve been researching and learning more, we’ve found that it’s vital to understand the adoptee’s perspective better.

“Adoption, as beautiful as it can be, will still be traumatic for adoptees. We have to make sure we are centering them and not ourselves.” - @raisingculturesfamily

So rather than further our adoptive-parent support, without the necessary regard and respect for the adoptee’s perspective, we will continue focusing on necessities for kids and their families.

Because adoptees don’t exist to give us the life we’ve always wanted. - @therapyredeemed
